How long does it take for us to ship out the items once payment is made?

Which country do you ship to?

For now, we only ship in Malaysia. For global consumer, please stay tuned for more updates. You can find your shipping charges based on your shipping location.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Tracking numbers and courier service will be provided in the notification email once item is shipped.

RETURNS POLICY

Return options:

  1. Exchange your item for different size/color
  2. Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent

*All items must be returned within 7 days upon receipt.

Can I get refund if the item is defect?

Unfortunately, we do not provide refundable service at the moment. We will send a brand new exact piece to you once the defective item is received.

Can I exchange for different design?

Yes, you may exchange for a different design, but you can only choose the design that is equivalent or lower in value only, the difference will not be refunded. (subject to stocks availability).

If you wish to choose another design with higher price, you will need to top up for the difference.

How do I return my items?

Please drop us an email at [email protected] with the subject “return item” and your order details before returning the items. Our support team will attend to your email as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

Do I need to bear the shipping cost for the return?

You will need to bear the shipping cost for the return of unsatisfied item. For defect items, we will bear the shipping cost of return. For more details, please refer to Important Notice No.7.

How long can I get the exchanged item?

Please give us 48 hours upon receiving the item to process. Once we completed verification, we will send the exchanged item to you. It may take up 2-3 days.

Important Notice

  1. Exchange of item is not applicable to sales/clearance item or item purchased with discount coupon.
  2. Return can only be made one time per order number.
  3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. Ensure return details given are correct and complete.

  6. All the return item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed & unaltered). Any exchanges of items which do not meet these conditions will be declined.
